Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE:

To monitor the assigned tasks of claims teams:
Work in progress
Turnaround Time
Productivity of the team
Productivity of the team members
To plan the resources required for processing claims
To monitor the claims of the clients.
To handle escalation.
To attend to any other assignments assigned from time to time.

FUNCTIONAL:

To maintain accuracy in settlement of claims.
Good arithmetic and analytical skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills.
Good at medical terminology

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in BAMS, BDS, BAMS, BSc Nursing, Msc Nursing.
Only TPA experience candidates are considered.
Looking for Male Candidates who are willing to work for night shifts
