Candidates with agriculture background (graduate/undergraduate) / Diploma in agriculture
Should have a good knowledge about agricultural practices like cultivation, irrigation, fertilizers and pesticides.

Role & responsibilities

Engaging in active listening with customer, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing

angry customers, as needed.

Understanding client requirement and offering product accordingly ; answering potential

customers questions

Need to adhere the shift adherence
Need to follow quality checks on call
