Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage concrete admixture business in assigned territory, focusing on retail sales and achieving monthly targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions through our range of construction chemical products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer issues promptly.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product launches.
Achieve revenue growth by increasing sales volume, improving pricing strategies, and expanding distribution channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in admixture sales or related field (construction chemicals).
Strong understanding of building materials such as cement, steel, tiles etc., along with knowledge of relevant regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
