Process: -

Customer Service Associate

Job Role: -

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice calls related to travel bookings.

2. Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to IndiGOs customer service guidelines.

3. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.

Qualification: -

1. Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Decent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

3. Fresher or anyone with 6 months of work experience
