Job Description:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• 100% Attendance Adherence
• Taking calls for collecting EMIs for delinquent customers
• Call Quality should be 100% adherence as per calling script
• Achieve daily resolution rate (DRR)
• Ensure 100% adherence to be follow and need to speech online payments on on-call on connected calls
• Basic knowledge in Excel

Education and Experience

• Any Graduation
• Minimum 0-3 year experience
• Languages Telugu, English and Hindi

Key Competencies

• Strong Communication Verbal, Written
• Able to convince the Customers
