Qualification: LLB

Experience: 8 to 12 Yrs

Salary: CTC 8 to 12 L PA

Job Description:

• Title documents verification, Sub-Registrar Office document cross verification, Approval & Permissions verification, Local laws compliance check, land survey, finalization of Pre-Sale Due Diligence Report.
• Provided legal assistance in Land purchase/acquisitions for organization, ensuring statutory compliances, overseeing land purchases, Agreement to Sale, Deed of Conveyance; registration of property, conversions, mutations, and conducting due diligence on land titles.
• Drafted, vetted, and interpreted a diverse range of legal documents, Lease Deeds, MOU, Non-Disclosure Agreement, etc.
• Responsible for issuing and replying to Legal notices and all routine correspondences related to land.
• Handle the litigations connected with the land and revenue matters.
• Coordination with district administration, survey settlement department & govt. authorities for entries of company name in record of right.
• Sound knowledge in arbitration process, Civil, Criminal law as well.
