We are looking for Customer Care Executive For Bangalore Location with our leading client.

Location Bangalore
Preferred Female only
Qualification GRADUATE (no correspondent)
Experience- 0-3 years experience in handle the patient in any reputed clinic/hospital will be suitable candidates, fresher also welcome.
Communication Skills- English, Hindi, regional language (mandatory)
Age limit 30 years

Job description

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Meeting queries of patients, Research and Analysis on Cancer Patients.
Coordinating with other departments.
Reports preparation & checking.
Patient counseling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
