Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll Functional Consultant
Experience: 8-10 Years


Location: Pan India
Notice Period: Up to 45 days

Key Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
Hands-on Oracle HCM UK Payroll implementation experience (preferably large-scale projects)
At least 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll configuration
Minimum 2 full life cycle project delivery experience
Payroll Fast Formula knowledge (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of UK Payroll legislation & Compensation
Expertise in Payroll Elements, Eligibility Profiles
Knowledge of Fusion technical areas (DFF, EFF, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data Loader)
Experience working in Agile teams
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
