Skills Required:
Mandatory Skills
- Graduate from a reputed university with good academic record
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Must have 7 years of experience in Software Testing
- Designing and implementing performance test strategies in agile environment
- Ability to write the SQL queries to extract the data for performance test scripts from the database
- Analyse the requirements, user stories and solution design documents and produce detailed test plan and test cases for Performance Testing
- Able to create performance and load scripts using LoadRunner, Jmeter and other performance testing tools
- Execute the performance test cases and document the test results
- Identifying performance issues and analysing the results and sharing the observations with the project stakeholders
- Setting up monitoring and gather the performance statistics during the test execution
- Present performance defects and findings in defect triage meeting and provide input for the remediation of performance defects
- Produce the performance test deliverables i.e., test plan, test case, and test completion report to the agreed timescale, budget, and quality
Preferred Skills :
- Must have done any international testing certification like CSTE, ISTQB etc
- Must have work in Health Insurance Domain
