Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2Years experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for technical roles.
Familiarity with IT roles such as Software Developers, Network Engineers, Systems Administrators, Data Analysts, and other technical positions.
Experience using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to present offers and manage candidate expectations effectively.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of candidate records, job descriptions, and communications.
