• B.Com Graduate
• Strong command on Accounting
• Computer skills
• Marg Software /Tally ERP or Tally Prime / Busy Software or any accounting software

Job Responsibilities:

Good into Inbound and outbound calls

Responding promptly to customer inquiries

Confer with customers about concerns with services

Maintained accurate and current customer account data with digital information updates

Updated and maintained information in customer accounts according to CRM

Fast-paced office for English and Hindi, speaking candidate

Create case logs, record information, establish resolution time, follow-up on issues, and escalate

complex issues

Guide customers through the resolution of technical issues.

Engaging With Customer/ partners about their Query About the product
