Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus. Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes to ensure smooth deployment and integration Handle SFDC Data management tasks including data migration data quality and data governance Design and develop SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation Configure Salesforce settings and features to optimize system performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Salesforce development and customization Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation Contribute to the companys goals by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and customer satisfaction Impact society by enabling efficient and effective use of Salesforce technology in various business domains Qualifications * Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization Have expertise in Salesforce DevOPS processes and tools Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Data management and governance Show advanced skills in developing SFDC Lightning components Have solid experience in SFDC Integration with other systems Exhibit strong capabilities in SFDC Configuration and optimization Bring experience in IT Consulting and Analytics as a valuable addition Certifications Required Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II,
