Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Google Dialog Flow ES Google Dialog Flow CX Google CCAI Platform Google Agent Assist Google Insights and Google Info Bot. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will contribute significantly to our IT consulting and analytics projects driving innovation and excellence. Responsibilities Develop and maintain advanced conversational AI solutions using Google Dialog Flow ES and CX. Implement and optimize Google CCAI Platform to enhance customer interactions. Integrate Google Agent Assist to provide real-time support and improve agent productivity. Utilize Google Insights to analyze and improve conversational AI performance. Design and deploy Google Info Bot to streamline information retrieval processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for AI development. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations. Document all development activities and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Google Dialog Flow ES and CX with proven project experience. Have hands-on experience with Google CCAI Platform and Google Agent Assist. Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Insights for performance analysis. Show expertise in developing and deploying Google Info Bot. Experience in IT consulting and analytics is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
