Role/ Job Title: Relationship Manager - Agri Enterprise
Function/ Department: Rural Banking
Job Purpose:
Generate Agri PSL business by targeting Agri Infra, Agri Projects and any other related
products developed by Rural banking in designed region.
Create lead channel in market for Agri Infra and other Agri products to generate Agri- PSL
business for bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Driving sales of Agri - Infra and other Agri SME products, new customers acquisition
grows the Agri PSL book.
Developing micro market and segment related solutions along with product teams to
give differentiated proposition to customers.
Building enabling work environment through capability development of teams by
being subject matter expert on Agri Infra and Agri SME solutions.
Administrate the credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the
entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and processes.
Deepen relationship with customer and proactively own, respond, uncover and
anticipate future needs and expectations.
Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio.
Work closely with Credit, Ops and Product on the on-boarding and retention of
clients
Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
Maximizes client experience by proactively sharing market updates, trends, and
intelligence.
Network with clients to identify avenues for new business
opportunities.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Building collaborative work culture between branch, assets team and support structure to
enable front growth of business.
Education Qualifications:
Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.
Experience: 5 -10 years of relevant experience
