Job Description

1. Manager (Fire & Pumps) 1 #

• BE (Mech.) from a well-known University.
• 7+ years of experience in reputed Contracting Companies dealing with Fire Safety Systems & Pumps for various applications (Building /Industries etc.)
• Proficient in Autocad relevant to Fire & Pump Division.
• Prepare Annual Budget
• Conduct Market Survey, Develop New Markets & Products
• Ensure Project/Product Sale with Target Profit
• Prepare & finalize Contract Agreement for awarded jobs
• Allocate resources (Material/Labour/ Sub Contract), execute Test & Commission & Handover the Project within cost AND tight completion schedule.
• Follow up the payments
• Submit invoice, Variation & Commercially close the Project
• Prepare & submit Project Reports for Department Heads
• Develop & Maintain Relationship with Customer & Consultants
• Assess New Manpower requirements
• Prepare Annual & Monthly Appraisals & Division leave plan
• Budget & Forecast the Training requirements
• Salary BD 1000/- + other perks
