- Dear Candidate, We have a requirement for Retail Sales Executive for Isha life, Mumbai. The work location will be Mumbai International Airport. Please find below the job details: Sales and Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend products based on their preferences. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Provide product knowledge and demonstrate how products work to potential customers. Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Stay up-to-date with product features, promotions, and new arrivals. Assist with the display and merchandising of products to ensure an attractive and organized store layout. Monitor inventory levels and inform the manager when restocking is required. Store Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed to attract customer attention. Assist in arranging promotional materials and signage. Skills/Competencies Required: Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. Energetic, motivated, and self-driven. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
