Job description Greetings from Nalanda Educational Institution Position - TGT Biology Teacher Location - Benz Circle, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging biology lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Teach key concepts in biology, including cell biology, ecology, genetics, human biology, and plant biology. Develop and implement hands-on experiments, projects, and activities to deepen students" understanding of biological concepts. Encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and scientific reasoning through interactive learning. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure student success. Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and support overall student development. Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and academic achievements. Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's or Masters degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field. B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification (preferred). Minimum 4+ years of experience in teaching biology at the middle or high school level. Strong understanding of biology concepts and curriculum standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and inspiring students to explore the world of biology.
