Job Title: Recruiter

Reporting- Associate Director Talent Acquisition

What youll do:

Action & Results Focus: Gets things done well and efficiently.
Filling positions within an organization.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Drafting and Advertise job posting opening in Portals & Social Media
Sourcing potential candidates from portals
Sharing emails to candidates
Screening resumes, Interview candidates
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Prepare reports & MIS
Performs other duties as assigned.
Teamwork: Collaborates with others to achieve shared goals and does whatever is needed to make the team a success.
Good listening and communication skills

People/Interpersonal Skills: Organizational Skills
