Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting insurance products to bank customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to drive referrals and support.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads generated through the banca channel.
Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of sales and other operational activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven and result-oriented approach.
Ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products is a plus.
