Description PositionTitle: BusinessDevelopmentOfficer Function/ Department White Cement Date PositionGrade: Officer/Sr.Officer Reports To Zonal Head Approved By Job Purpose Direct reports Key figures The individual has to focus on creating demand generation for the new range of Paints/White cement products through aggressive influencer engagement To Zonal Head Team Size NA Budget As per industry norms Main accountabilities Requirements And Skills Main focus on demand generation from contractors/applicators and achievement of tertiary targets Influencer activation and management Drive loyalty program from contractors/applicators Engage with various stakeholders like Architects, Structural Consultants, Institutional Clients, Civil Construction Companies & Application Firms Approval of products from structural consultants Plan and organize product training and demonstration meets for Contractors/Applicators Conduct activities in the market for influencer engagement Minimum Degree:Any graduate/post graduate/B.Tech [ Civil Preferred]; MBA / PGDM [Optional] Minimum Years / Type ofexperience: 2to 5 Years in Paints/Building materials Industry Skillset oUnderstanding of civil structures oNewBusinessDevelopment oCross-Functional Team Leadership oCustomer Experience oGood Interpersonal skills Decisions to be taken to Manager,
