Job Duties:- Recruiters have a wide range of responsibilities, which includes: Candidates with Domestic NON IT Recruitment preferred Candidates having the zeal, passion and aggressiveness for hiring preferred Interviewing candidates and screening resumes to determine who is eligible for a face to face interview for shortlisting further. Coordinating all aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, checking references, and preparing contracts Candidate should be able to do volume hiring Recommending candidates for positions based on their qualifications, experience levels, and cultural fit with the company culture. Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews, schedule orientations, and prepare candidates for new positions Researching candidates backgrounds to ensure they meet minimum qualifications for the position Identifying applicants who are good fits for the company culture and encouraging them to apply Preparing reports detailing the status of open positions, candidates qualifications, reasons for disqualification, etc. Should have good communication skills. Work from Office - Monday to Saturday.
