Job Description
Designation - Application Lead - Non ERP .
Experience - Min 8 Years in IT Business Application Development.
Offered CTC - Upto 14 LPA .
Description :
- Implement the enterprise-wide projects from conception-to-completion ( NoN ERP)
- Development and implementation of change control processes.
- Manage assigned internal and external resources, actively monitor, track, and keep track of project tasks, timelines, attainment of milestones and overall quality of project activities and deliverables.
- Sets standards for system development, production support, SDLC and application lifecycle management across the entire Application Development group.
- Drive a strong engineering culture based on transparency, collaboration and teamwork.
- Installation of new software, licenses and updates
- Update the application server and database
- Operating and monitoring of application server, container/orchestration solutions and databases
- Monitoring of application performance
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation
- Debugging in the area of 2nd and 3rd level support
- Deployment of new applications/releases respectively updates
- Support of the integration and adaption of new software solutions
- Development of solutions and strategies for continuous optimization of environments
- Support the automation strategy.
- Identify and recommend resource requirements.
- ensuring existing applications are working as per internal business requirements and needs
- Ensuring applications architecture is best suited for company's needs in terms of offering quality service in cost and time efficient ways.
- Ensuring that the business solutions are geared to be - future ready- from company's business objectives perspective
- Providing expert technical assistance during new solution evaluations and implementations.
- Independent, self-responsible and solution-oriented working style
- Implementing and supporting the IT solution related to Salesforce , HRMS, Planning , Workflow etc
- Excellent understanding of business solution related to retail and manufacturing
- Implementation experience on one or more solution i.e HRM, Salesforce, Mobility, Process automation, Point of Sale (POS)
- Proven experience in cloud technologies and application architectures.
- Very good knowledge/Skill on application design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging
- Experience with Service-oriented platform development using Java, Spring Framework, HA Hadoop, AWS, Cloud Foundry, Open Stack Cloud or Azure stack ) API gateway.
- Working hands on experience in one or more cloud platform i.e Azure, Google Cloud.
