The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Job Description Perform passive safety simulation and design solution for Cabin, by evaluating proposed concepts and drive Cost effective, implementable design solutions through Cross Functional Collaboration 6 8 Years Experience in performing Passive safety simulations and driving design though simulation Hand-on Expertise in CAE Tools like ANSA, HyperWorks and LS Dyna Deep knowledge on ECE/FMVSS regulations Experience/exposure on Battery and fuel cell vehicle will be an added advantage Knowledge of Optimization tools will be an added advantage Exposure to Physical Validation (ECE/FMVSS regulations) and should have sound Automotive Vehicle development Process knowledge will be an added advantage Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills, Learning on fly, Team player Job Type Full Time-Regular Experience Level Mid Level Total Years of Exp 3 - 6,
