    Urgent Job Opening for Customer Service Representative/Executive/Associate

    Shift time US: 5:30 pm - 8 am in Btwn any 9hours 

    Job Locations:   Malad

    Requirements

    • Graduate fresher can apply
    • HSC + 1yr experience or more
    • Candidates with any Voice Process experience in BPO or non-BPO can also apply

    Key Responsibilities:

    Blended Customer Service (Inbound ):

    • Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about flight bookings, hotel reservations, rental car options, vacation packages, and other travel-related services.
    • Initiate outbound calls to follow up with customers on existing bookings, offer upgrades, or resolve pending issues.
    • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and rebooking procedures.

    Backend Process Management:

    • Process booking requests, cancellations, and amendments in the reservation system.
    • Verify customer details, booking accuracy, and payment transactions.
    • Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to updating customer profiles, processing refunds, and generating booking confirmations.

    Customer Issue Resolution:

    • Identify and resolve customer complaints related to travel bookings, delays, errors, and other service-related issues.
    • Offer compensation, alternative solutions, or escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.

    Qualifications :

    1. HSC / GRADUATE 

    Working : 5 days working Weekly 2 rotational offs
