Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Role is strategically focused on end-to-end clinics doctors payout, creating controls and close co-ordination with NHIC Clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Should have Fundamental Accounting Skill and Profitability Understanding
- Adhering Internal control, Policies & Driving Audits.
- Coordination with both Internal & External Auditors.
- Tracking of doctors attendance.
- Overseeing the Doctors Payouts.
- Reviewing doctors MOUs
- Data Orientation/Analysis and Microsoft Excel Skill is a must.
- Co-ordination with respective department/People
- Experience in Retail/Healthcare Sector will be an added advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
- Verbal Ability/Communication Skill: Ability to comprehend verbal instructions given by the supervisor or head of the department.
- Problem solving/ Decision-making.
- To think independently and exercise own judgment.
- Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
- Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
- Affinity to work in team, Enthusiasm and Open-mindedness
