Responsibilities and Duties Gathering customer requirements over emails, calls & in-person meetings Documenting the requirements in structured format. Prepare visual diagrams & wire-frames for ease of understanding. Offer advise / suggestions to customers from technical and functional aspects based on past experiences. Understand Software Applications developed and provide demonstrations to client. Interact with technical team for requirement analysis and estimations, clarify their doubts. Liaise between customer and technical team for technical discussions. Prepare standard collateral's for case studies, application manuals, demonstration scripts. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Need to be from IT background Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good expertise over UML, Flow Charts, Process flow diagrams, wire-framing tools, office tools (Word / Excel / Power-point) In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life-cycle and concepts of software engineering. Should have a consulting approach.
