Responsibilities:

  • Handle International calls from client across various time zones (US/UK)
  • Provide exceptional support through phone,email or chat to resolve customer queries.
  • Work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements
  • 5 days working with any 2 week off.
  • HSC with 6 months exp / Graduate fresher needed.
