Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Malad West, Borivali, Maharashtra Candidate must be available for walk-in interview* Salary: 3LPA to 4LPA Role & responsibilities -Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. -Provide detailed information about our products and services. -Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs. -Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products. -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. -Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. -Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile -Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively. -Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. -Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. -High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred.
