- Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in MSBI / SSIS Admin Python and PySpark. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not require travel. This role involves developing managing and optimizing data solutions to support our business objectives and drive impactful results. Responsibilities Develop manage and optimize data solutions using MSBI / SSIS Admin Python and PySpark. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and implement ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Provide technical support and guidance to team members on data-related issues. Create and maintain documentation for data processes workflows and systems. Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions. Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for improved performance. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance data solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices and processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and deliverables. Qualifications Possess strong experience in MSBI / SSIS Admin Python and PySpark. Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing ETL processes. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies. Display attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Show experience in optimizing data storage and retrieval processes. Demonstrate ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Possess a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data issues. Exhibit a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements. Have a track record of contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
