Job Description

Position :- Sepasoft MES Consultant Experience :- 2-9 yrs Location:- Bangalore Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Sepasoft MES Consultant to join our team to implement an Electronic Batch Record (EBR) solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing execution systems , specifically with Sepasoft software, and a strong background in batch processing and regulatory compliance. Qualification:- Overall experience 2-9 years. Ignition / Sepasoft MES Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, batch record management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, GMP). IIOT Platform: Ignition Database: MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL PLC and SCADA platforms - preferred, but not mandatory Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope for EBR implementation. Design, configure, and customize Sepasoft MES solutions to meet business needs. Develop and document business processes, workflows, and system specifications. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the EBR solution. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MES and EBR systems.
