Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader (BPO - Voice Process)
Location: Sector 21, Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh 492101
Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational | Work Type: On-Site | Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Drive team productivity & performance.
Develop strategies to meet goals.
Monitor performance & reduce attrition.
Motivate and support team members.

Requirements:

1+ years in customer service (voice process preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and MS Excel skills.
Graduation not mandatory; no prior team leader experience needed.
