Excellent knowledge of US Property & Casaulty market Prior experience in Underwriting back office functions Submission & Clearance, Rating, Quoting, Pre-bind and bind orders, subjectivities, Policy Issuance, Claims operations INS101, 102 would be an advantage Ensure the Key performance indicators / SLAs set by clients are achieved Should be proactive enough to understand the key responsibilities. SLA Compliance: Should be able to track requirements and maintain performance for day to day operations Quality, Turn Around Time and Productivity. Conducts Quality Checks, PKTs and audits for the team members Analyze the inflow of work, support in work allocation and sends client reports as per requirements.
