Job Description
- Domain Leadership and Networking: Actively network with Operations Managers, Delivery Managers, and Practice Leads in accounting domains (AP, AR, and GL). Resolve and influence managers to adopt and manage key control risks. Risk Assessment and Documentation: Lead teams in risk assessments, process walkthroughs, and process documentation (narratives, process flow diagrams). Finalize risk and control matrices. Control Testing and Compliance: Lead assignments on testing control effectiveness and control design. Support remediation efforts for control failures related to SOx and ISAE/SSAE compliance. Client Engagements and Interventions: Lead special assignments at client engagements, identifying reasons for operational failures, critical errors, and process weaknesses. Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues. Publish a Critical Risk Tracker, analyzing and assessing critical risks at the client engagement and F&A practice levels. Skills Required: Reasonable knowledge of financial and accounting processes. Familiarity with ITGC controls and information systems audit. Expertise in F&A audit processes (internal, operational, and financial). Understanding of key F&A compliances (ISAE 3402, SSAE 16, SOx). Strong analytical skills and excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of BPO processes and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Educational Qualifications and Experience: Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5-8 years of post-qualification audit experience (preferably with a large audit firm). Desirable qualification: CISA certification with experience in information systems audit. Supervisory review experience of 2-3 years.,
