Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

Candidate should have experience into HR, recruitment, end to end recruitment.
Should have experience in managing end to end recruitment
should be able to source profiles from different job portals (naukri, monster, and etc..)
Coordinating and managing, the recruitment process - pre-employment screening, cold calling, scheduling, assessment, offer approval, follow up
Maintaining co-ordination and working ethically with the team members
Involved in full cycle Recruitment - sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turn around time in contract, payroll with hire and permanent positions.
