What is in it for you As a Senior Software Engineer Power Automate, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Responsibilities: - Participate effectively in the design, development, validation and support of healthcare applications and intelligent automation solutions, in line with architecture requirements. Develop RPA code as per client's mandated coding standards, with no major code reviews from client and with minimum handholding Adept at migrating bots from one technology to another as required. Assist in creation of support documentation such as SDD, Runbook and Release Artifacts. Perform unit testing of all modules. Perform proper impact analysis during defect fix/change request to avoid any further defects/issues, and review the analysis with Dev Lead. Participate in requirement gathering sessions with the customer and independently interact with client on requirements for assigned User Stories. Adhere to delivery timelines provided to Dev Lead/Architects, and ensure coding standards applicable to Customer environment is followed. Perform peer review and provide relevant feedback on coding, testing, documentation. Ensure that UAT defects are updated and closed to enable smooth transition of bots from Pre-Prod to Prod. Ensure that the Development team performs timely backup of the fully functional code. Ensure to save the backups securely as per Environment Standards and Compliance. Create a deployment plan for Go-Live, upon completion of UAT, and assist other developers throughout the implementation lifecycle. Create reusable and modular functions, and provide support for software development activities. Take inputs from other RPA stakeholders, ensure developers follow the standards and practices up to date. Adhere to "no-surprise" policy in all assigned tasks. Avoid defect leakage to UAT and Production. Ensure to send communication to key stakeholders upon completion of every successful stage in the implementation lifecycle. Experience: - 3 5 Years Location: - Mumbai Pune Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Skills: - Mandatory Technical Skills:- Experience in RPA Power automate Knowledge of UI Path Hands-on experience in BOT migration Good knowledge of DBMS and writing SQL queries Working knowledge of Citrix/Mainframe Good attitude and open to change Experience working in Agile model Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good to Have Skills: - Knowledge of AI (NLP/Machine Learning/Image Processing) Knowledge of Agile implementation Good to have knowledge of XML, REST APIs, JSON Working knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server Working knowledge of ERPs like ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, and more Certification in Automation Anywhere Prior experience of working on healthcare applications will be an added advantage Our commitment To combine the best of IT services, consulting, products, accelerators, and frameworks with a client-first mindset and next-gen tech understanding.
