Hiring for Multinational Companies for BPO and KPO in Chandigarh and Mohali location
Process: Domestic & International process
Job Profile:Customer Care Executive
Qualification: Minimum 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation
*Regular students can't apply*
Freshers and candidates who have maximum of 2 years BPO experience can apply.
Skills Required:
1. Hindi and Basic English for Domestic process.
2. Hindi and Excellent English for International process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
2. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
3. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Rotational day shifts for Girls and Rotational Day/Evening/Night shifts for Boys
Rotational Week-offs will be there
Cab services are also available as per process and location
Salary: 14,000 to 28,000 CTC + Incentives
