Job Summary
As a Interior Designer, you are passionate about your craft and combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients. You should possess exceptional design skills, a background in architecture or Interior design, and a portfolio of innovative design concepts. You are an integral member of the design team who itches to contribute a point of view and craves participation in conceptual thought process and design exploration. With you as part of our team, interiors have never been so engaging.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the creative efforts of multiple interior design projects
Perform Interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, space planning and construction documentation.
Lead strategic efforts on data driven design thinking & implementation.
Build and sustain client relationships; act as the primary design interface with clients, team members, and a wide range of consultants and collaborators, both internal and external
Mentor and develop studio designers, provide creative direction to design teams
Participate and support business development and marketing efforts
Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and work with external consultants, product representations, furniture dealers and fabricators.
Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs to groom next generation design thinkers.
Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
Use of new softwares for design & presentation like Revit, Dynamo, Revit live, Unity , Unreal.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years minimum of relevant design experience in corporate interiors
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and 3D visualization tools
- Skilled in conceptual thinking, experiential design and storytelling in space
- Knowledge of FF&E, color & materials
- Proficient in Creative Adobe Suite applications
- Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
