Job Description

Key Responsibilities ERP System Management: Oversee the daily operations of the ERP system to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to ERP users across departments. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to optimize system utilization. Create and maintain user manuals, documentation, and training materials. Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with departments to understand their needs and implement ERP solutions that enhance efficiency. Lead initiatives for system enhancements and upgrades. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system. Develop and generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes. Manage data imports, exports, and integration with other systems. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of ERP-related projects, including system upgrades and new module implementations. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation. Compliance and Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant regulations and standards. Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive data.
