Job Description Senior Officer - Desktop support(Azure) Location-: Navi Mumbai Candidate Expectation: Candidate must have Minimum of 7+ Years of experience and expertise in Desktop Helpdesk support Candidate must to have knowledge in Azure environment including Azure VDI, zScalar and intune. Candidates from banking domain is preferred Responsibilities: Technical Skills: L2 protocols, Network Infrastructure, Windows Server, Linux server, DNS, TCPIP, SMTP Email Server configuration, load balancer. Good communication skills and logical ability is mandatory. The knowledge of network, firewalls, load balancer, API gateway, flapping, Network monitoring, coordinating with network vendor, last mile. MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications desirable. Must to have knowledge of troubleshooting in Azure, Intune, zScalar, Azure VDI. Other general responsibilities as instructed by management.
