- Job Role: Graphic Designer/ Junior Graphic Designer/ Assistant Graphic Designer Role Requirements Education Qualification: Relevant degree/diploma/certification or equivalent experience (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field). Software Proficiency Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Basic knowledge of Canva. Familiarity with other design and multimedia software (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, CorelDRAW., etc.) is a plus. Portfolio A strong portfolio showcasing your work (Personal and/or Professional). Experience in developing branding, digital marketing posters, banners, packaging and print collateral is a bonus. Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention To Detail Detail Oriented, Organized, and capable of Multitasking effectively. Time Management And Project Management Good time management skills to meet project deadlines. Problem-Solver Ability to address design challenges and find creative solutions. Adaptability Willingness to learn, adapt and stay updated with new design trends and technologies. Professionalism Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in the workplace. Roles And Responsibilities Design artworks for digital and print media that include but are not limited to marketing campaigns, banners, packaging, mock-ups, stickers, presentations, posters, story templates, websites etc. Ensure Brand Consistency by following Company Brand Guidelines. For example: Colours, fonts, images, and layouts. Embrace feedback for design improvement and growth. Creative Contributor: Offer ideas and recommendations for optimising the visual impact of designs. Ideate and Collaborate with various departments to develop innovative graphics. Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software Organise and manage multiple diverse projects within design specifications and budget. Quality Assurance Checks for design errors Highly Imaginative and create visualisations that accurately convey messaging for the project Assist the Department Head in company growth initiatives.
