Comapny:A Large Global Organization Key Skills: SDWAN, LAN/WAN, WAN, Troubleshooting Roles and Responsibilities: Provide high-level support for LAN/WAN and SDWAN technologies, handling complex troubleshooting and network analysis. Manage escalations as a Level 2/Level 3 Support personnel, addressing critical technical issues in LAN/WAN environments. Work independently on advanced technical aspects related to network operations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues. Maintain and optimize network systems, including WAN, VPN, MPLS, Leased-lines, QOS, and high availability configurations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that technical requirements and issues are effectively managed through incident management and trouble ticketing systems. Ensure network performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and optimization. Implement and support disaster recovery planning, resilience, and high availability solutions across the network infrastructure. Provide technical expertise and advice, leveraging experience from working in NOC or IT operational environments. Continuously improve processes, implementing best practices and industry standards to enhance network operation efficiency. Skills Required: Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience. Strong network analysis and troubleshooting skills. Experience as a Level 2/Level 3 Support personnel, handling high-level escalations. Proficiency in LAN/WAN technologies, including SDWAN. Industry standard certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar are preferred. In-depth understanding of Leased-lines, WAN, VPN, MPLS, QOS, and high availability concepts. Experience in operational roles involving trouble ticketing systems and incident management. Understanding of Disaster Recovery planning, resilience, and high availability features. Hands-on experience in NOC or IT environments for 2-4 years. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or a related field.,
