Job description: SharePoint UI/UX Designer Location -Bangalore Key Areas and Responsibilities: The SharePoint UI/UX designer will be responsible for creating, visualizing, and designing front-end SharePoint pages. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of SharePoint (2019 & SPO versions) backend specifically for creating/updating of lists/libraries. The individual should have a strong knowledge of HTML, XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Dreamweaver. A good understanding of .NET, Visual Basic, SharePoint workflows, edits in SharePoint Designer and graphic design would be an added advantage. Candidates with experience in SharePoint migration would be given preference. Skills required: Strong team and project management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others collaboratively. Strong visualization skills: Good knowledge of SharePoint, HTML, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, .NET and, JSON Knowledge of Workflows/PowerApps/Power Automate would be an added advantage. Project level experience on tools like Dreamweaver, SharePoint modern page customizations, Visio Strong written and communication skills with proven attention to detail Good problem-solving skills for gathering requirements from various groups and providing a viable solution. Good understanding of the digital learning environment The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. High interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Strong MS Office skills Additionally, Set professional goals for self and take accountability for own career and skill development. Seek regular feedback and change behavior to improve performance as appropriate. Roles and responsibilities: Act as a liaison with the onshore and offshore teams and set expectations. Conduct formal and informal meetings with groups to gather requirements and drive problem solving. Create/design/visualize new SharePoint pages and enhance the existing ones. Configure and customizing SharePoint Widgets Customize the look and feel of websites and modern pages. Create/update lists/libraries on SharePoint (2019 & SPO versions) Prepare leadership communications using Dreamweaver. Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously and proposing project timelines. Create governance documents and other documentation to add to the knowledgebase. Additionally: Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint Designer and Power Apps/Automate would be an added advantage. Support internal firm level initiatives with design and creative inputs. Ensure cross team collaboration for sharing design ideas and innovative solutions.
