Job Description

Design and implement a strategic sales plan for the store that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up On work results.
Achieve growth and hit stores sales targets.
Present sales forecasts to the management team.
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provide daily reports to the Operations Head.
