Job Title: Fashion Designer (Personal Stylist for CEO) Company: Rashmi Metaliks Location: Kharagpur & Kolkata Salary: Open Reporting To: CEO Job Overview: Rashmi Metaliks is seeking a highly skilled and creative Fashion Designer to manage the everyday dressing and styling of our CEO. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of clothing quality, fashion trends, and color coordination.This role requires extensive knowledge of high-end brands and the ability to select appropriate attire for various occasions. The designer will also be responsible for shopping and curating outfits tailored to the CEO's skin tone, body measurements, and personal preferences. Key Responsibilities: Plan and set the CEO's daily and occasion-specific dress code, including: Political meetings Business meetings Office attire Social gatherings and parties Festive occasions (Puja, cultural events, etc.) Shop for high-quality clothing and accessories as per the CEO's style and preferences. Ensure proper measurement and fit of all outfits. Maintain an organized wardrobe with proper categorization for different events. Provide expert advice on fabric, colors, and patterns to enhance the CEO's appearance. Keep up with the latest fashion trends and suggest updates to the wardrobe accordingly. Travel with the CEO when necessary for styling and shopping. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Styling, or a related field. Proven experience as a personal stylist, fashion consultant, or designer. Strong knowledge of clothing materials, quality standards, and luxury fashion brands. Excellent understanding of color coordination and skin tone-based dressing. Ability to take precise body measurements and ensure a perfect fit. Willingness to travel frequently as per CEO's requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in styling high-profile individuals. Good negotiation skills for shopping and vendor dealings. Passion for fashion and attention to detail.
