Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales volume, market share, and revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business expansion.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and headquarters to maintain transparency.

 

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding Market Requirements
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning & execution.
• Proficiency in MS Word & MIS reporting system is an added advantage.
