Customer Service Representative Torus Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Qualification: HSC/Graduation
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Assessments: Voice Versant
Salary: 19,000 - 23,000 (In-Hand) | 2.60 LPA - 2.85 LPA (CTC)
Shifts: 8 AM - 8 PM (Any 9 Hours)
Working Days: 6 Days | Sunday Fixed Off Job Description:
Handle customer queries and provide resolutions in a professional manner. Assist with inquiries, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Provide accurate information and support
• Document customer issues and resolutions
• Adhere to company service guidelines
Required Skills:
• Strong verbal communication (Versant 4 Level)
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle customer concerns effectively
