Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team in Navi Mumbai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions. This role requires a collaborative and analytical mindset to support the optimization of our business operations through data-driven insights. Qualifications And Skills Strong experience in business analysis to interpret data and build actionable insights (Mandatory skill) Exceptional project management skills to coordinate and execute multiple projects (Mandatory skill) Proficient in data analysis techniques for business intelligence and reporting purposes (Mandatory skill) Understanding of the software development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions Capable of gathering and specifying detailed business requirements from stakeholders Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to diverse audiences Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and improve decision-making Ability to conduct quality assurance checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data analytics Roles And Responsibilities Design and implement business intelligence solutions that enhance decision-making capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze business requirements Develop dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven strategies and insights Assist in the management of the data warehouse, ensuring data accuracy and reliability Work closely with IT teams to integrate data sources and improve data flow efficiency Provide support for project management activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables Stay current with BI technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency,
