Job Description

Position - Sr Manager (Accounts & Taxation) for (Semi-Qualified CA)

Company - Steel Manufacturing

Location - Raipur, Chattisgarh

Responsibilities:

Taxation & Compliance:

Prepare, review, and file TDS and TCS returns within stipulated deadlines.
Ensure accurate and timely TDS/TCS payments and compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage and oversee GST workings, including input credit reconciliation, return filing, and ensuring adherence to GST laws.

Accounting & Finance Operations:

Oversee daily bank payments, including vendor payments, salaries, and other transactions, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Audit & Reporting:

Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy in their work and adherence to deadlines.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities to resolve queries and ensure compliance.
