Job Summary:
The Non-IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates for various non-IT roles. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, with a strong focus on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for non-IT roles.
- Job Posting: Write and post compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, promoting an inclusive culture within the organization.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in talent acquisition in a non-IT environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
