Client acquisition for permanent staffing / Contract Positions
Client Management ( From requirements to proper payments)
Responsible in making the revenue generation acquiring new business.
Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results.
Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients,
Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
Bring new business to the organization,
Responsible for the entire recruitment process clients.
- Owning the entire hiring process starting from telephonic interviews, pitching, head hunting, coordination for all the interviews, offer roll out and on boarding
Making Business Pitch to a prospective client.
Cold calls, coordination with clients and Vendors.
Good Communication, interpersonal and convincing skills
Have a passion for improving business processes for Clients, along with confidence and willingness to defend ideas
Detail-oriented professional with strong creative problem-solving skills.
coordinating and follow-ups with existing clients and maintain a healthy relationship with clients.
Responsible for Generating the business leads and Accountability of the assigned Sales.
